(4/01/05) Bill Hamm, Tribune Entertainment Vice President of Scripted Programming, has confirmed that the fifth season will be the final season of Andromeda.

(4/29/04) According to the The Futon Critic, CanWest Global Communications has announced it is folding the remnants of Fireworks Entertainment, the company behind “Mutant X”, "Wild Card," "Strange Days at Blake Holesy High", and "Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda" television series.
